Hello! My name is Haiden and I am so incredibly thankful that you are here. I am a 34 year old, wife, mother, and Arizona native. I have spent decades of my life chasing a number on the scale that never seemed obtainable. Every diet out there, I have tried and every time I gained the weight back, plus more. I have lived between 175 pounds and 352 pounds and I was so tired of not having sustainable success. I decided that enough was enough and took back my health in 2025.
I finally decided that I was going to invest in my health for life, rather than for an event or vacation. Any changes that I made were going to be long term. That is when I found my love for lifting heavy and becoming strong, not skinny. I truly experienced a transformation, not only physically, but also mentally. If I wanted to become the healthiest version of myself, I was going to have to show up for myself every day. No matter what.
